Managing Offering Subscriptions
The "Subscriptions" page of the EDI Operations Portal displays information about the offerings you have subscribed to, including the current fulfillment status of each EDI Offering subscription.
Subscriptions
Each row under "Subscriptions" corresponds to one of your EDI Offering subscription. It contains the offering name, current fulfillment status, the date and time that fulfillment was initiated, and the date and time of the most recent status update request.
Hitting the refresh button will retrieve the current status of the deployment.
Details
When a subscription is selected within the list of subscriptions, the detailed fulfillment parameters that were provided when the subscription was requested are shown at the bottom of the page.
Upgrades
When a newer OSDU Data Platform Milestone is available than the one used by your EDI Offering subscription, an "Upgrade" button will appear in the "Details" section, allowing you, as an EDI Subscription Manager, to schedule an automated upgrade of your subscription.
Clicking on the "Upgrade" button will cause a date and time picker to show up, allowing you to choose a time for your scheduled upgrade that is no sooner than current time on the following weekday and no later than 30 days from now. This will allow you to manage when your Data Platform will become unavailable and to notify all your Data Platform users of the planned upgrade ahead of time.
Please expect for the upgrade to take several hours to complete as multiple resources get updated in the process. During this time your platform is not expected to be available.
After an upgrade is scheduled, it enters a "pending" state and can be cancelled up until the scheduled start time, if desired, using the "Cancel Upgrade" button in the "Details" section.
An email notification will be sent to the subscription's designated Technical Support Contact when the upgrade begins and once it completes successfully. You will also be notified if we encounter any issue in fulfilling your upgrade request.
Unsubscribing
As an EDI Subscription Manager, you can unsubscribe from any of your organization's EDI Offering subscriptions by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button in the "Details" section for that subscription.
